Diversity and Inclusivity Ongoing Project

Spyre Solutions is working on a project for the City of Calgary, where the city has rolled out a voluntary questionnaire to its employees to gain a deeper understanding of the organization’s diversity. Employees can log into PeopleSoft to answer 9 questions that cover various aspects of diversity, including Gender, Culture, and Immigration. To protect this sensitive data, all responses are securely stored within PeopleSoft using encrypted ID numbers and alphanumeric codes. The City of Calgary aims to gather sufficient data in order to identify potential issues, address barriers, and develop targeted strategies that foster a more inclusive environment for all employees.
