Spyre Completes PS Position Management Assessment for City of Sudbury

Spyre recently completed a PeopleSoft Position Management Assessment for the City of Sudbury.  Spyre reviewed the existing Position Management configuration, processes and related integrated business processes to identify areas of business process improvement and system optimization opportunities.  Spyre discovered a number of areas for future improvement and provided specific recommendations and estimates which will will move the City toward best practices and leverage PeopleSoft v9.2 HCM enhancements to a greater extent, thus achieving potential cost savings related to increased automation and the elimination of manual procedures and processes.
